He’s been the Chief Operating Officer at Ivy Asia and a key player as Director of Operations at D&D, Park Chinois, and Big Easy. JB's journey includes an exciting chapter working alongside the legendary chef Gordon Ramsay, where he managed Ramsay's Michelin-star restaurant at The Claridge's Hotel and spearheaded his ventures across the USA.
