Gabriele, began his career honing his skills in various esteemed establishments before joining the Gordon Ramsay Group. Gabriele further developed his expertise under the mentorship of Gordon Ramsay leaders, playing a key role in the success of multiple restaurants of the group, contributing to his culinary ventures across London for an impressive Seven years.

In 2017, Gabriele transitioned to Claude Bosi at Bibendum as Junior Sous Chef, further refining his fine dining expertise. He then brought his leadership to The ONE Group as Corporate Chef EMEA, where he successfully managed culinary operations across multiple international locations, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa. 

With unparalleled expertise in high-volume restaurant operations, menu development, and a deep understanding of operational excellence, Gabriele consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences and achieves strong business results in the demanding world of hospitality.
