Edgar grew up in Sydney, where he attended the UTS’ Business School majoring in Banking & Finance. He began his hospitality journey in QSR at the Franchise Development level prior to moving back to the Middle East where he originated from.

With more than 25 years industry experience across Oceania, the GCC & Europe in Asset Management, Operator Selection, Hospitality Development & Operations having successfully built & operated brands from inception to multiple international locations.

Edgar is responsible for the entire project lifecycle from the Feasibility and Design phase up to Execution & Handover. Well versed in all aspects relating to Turnkey Fit-Out, Construction & Project Management.
