Emmanuel Guinard | Director of Operations

Emmanuel, an accomplished hospitality professional, began his career in Paris, working with renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Guy Savoy and Alain Sendens. Emmanuel further honed his expertise under the mentorship of Alain Ducasse, playing a pivotal role in opening his iconic restaurant at the Eiffel Tower and contributing to his culinary ventures across Paris and London for an impressive eight years.   

In 2011, Emmanuel transitioned to the UK, where he served as Assistant Manager at the esteemed Three Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. He then brought his leadership to La Petite Maison in Mayfair as General Manager before joining D-ream Group, where he successfully managed various high-profile venues. Most recently, Emmanuel held the position of Operations Manager at Harrods, overseeing their portfolio of premium restaurants.
